Reforma d'apartament al centre històric de Paris (France).
El projecte es realitza a l'espai ocupat per una antiga plaça de pàrquing en els baixos d'un immoble patrimonial del 5th Arr- Paris, que té una entrada de llum a pati comunitari amb molta vegetació.
Es condiciona l'espai per a convertir-lo en un habitatge tipus estudi d'un únic espai amb bany. Es treballa amb la idea de que els mobles que configuren l'espai generin les divisions d'ús: una sala d'estar amb un mòdul de sofà adaptable, una cuina amb taula per a menjar, un dormitori amb emmagatzematge que dona accés al bany.
Es tria el tauler contraxapat d'avet com a panell de construcció per a generar uniformitat a l'espai i augmentar la sensació de calidesa. A més es reforça la privacitat del dormitori amb una cortina corredissa que realitza les funcions de paret divisòria efímera.

Renovation of an apartment in the historic center of Paris (France).
The project is carried out in the space occupied by a former parking space on the first floor of a heritage building of the 5th Arr - Paris, which has a light entrance to a communal courtyard with lots of vegetation.
The space is conditioned to convert it into a studio apartment with a single space and bathroom. We worked with the idea that the furniture that configures the space generates the divisions of use: a living room with a removable sofa module, a kitchen with a dining table, a bedroom with storage that gives access to the bathroom.
Spruce plywood is chosen as the construction panel to generate uniformity in the space and increase the feeling of warmth. In addition, the privacy of the bedroom is reinforced with a sliding curtain that acts as an ephemeral dividing wall.
